Start by filling out our photographer application form. We’re looking for passionate professionals with a unique perspective on photography. Share your contact information, portfolio links, experience, and availability.

Profile Setup:

Once accepted, you’ll create a detailed profile on Vividora, showcasing your bio, portfolio, favorite occasions, and more. This is your opportunity to stand out and attract clients.

Set Your Rates:

Professional photographers work with standardized packages, while luxury and high-end photographers can set their own rates. Make sure your pricing reflects your expertise and the services you offer

Update Availability:

Keep your calendar up to date to avoid double bookings and ensure clients can only book sessions when you’re available

Receive Inquiries:

Clients will book directly through your profile. You’ll receive notifications of new bookings, and it’s important to promptly confirm and communicate with the client to finalize details.

3.Conduct the Photoshoot

Client Coordination:

Once a booking is confirmed, reach out to the client to discuss specifics—locations, style preferences, and any special requests. This ensures the shoot aligns with their expectations.

On the Day:

Arrive prepared and on time, with all necessary equipment. Guide the client through the session while capturing their vision. Whether it’s a wedding, portrait, or event, professionalism is key.

4.Post-Shoot & Delivery

Edit & Upload:

After the shoot, carefully select and edit the best images. Upload these to the client’s secure gallery within the agreed timeframe. Quality and attention to detail in editing are essential.

Deliver Final Images:

Clients will choose their favorite images for final edits. Once complete, deliver the high-resolution files via the online gallery.

Secure Payments:

Payments are processed securely through the Vividora platform. For professional photographers, the standardized packages come with set payouts. Luxury photographers will receive payments based on their custom rates.
